Account Creation and Use

To access our services, including purchasing or redeeming digital content, you must create an account by linking your Steam and Discord accounts. This ensures proper delivery of digital products and allows us to track purchase records. Once a purchase is completed, digital items such as priority queue access and Discord roles will automatically be applied. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your account details.

Donations

By making a donation to DadBods & PvP Mods, you acknowledge that the donation is voluntary and is intended to support the maintenance and development of the community. Donations are non-refundable and do not entitle the donor to any special rights, ownership, or control over the server, except for the in-game or community perks explicitly outlined at the time of donation. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any donation perks or benefits at our discretion. Additionally, any perks gained through donations are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

Purchases, Refunds, and Transfers

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice. All transactions, including donations and purchases of digital content, are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances to prevent instances of fraud or chargebacks. Our digital products, including donation perks, are non-transferable, except for gift cards, which can be shared with other users.

Product Removal

Be aware that updates to mods, changes to the community, or alterations in the game may result in certain re-textured items becoming unavailable. Items purchased or obtained through donations may be removed if the user is banned from the community for cheating, rule violations, or game bans imposed by Bohemia Interactive’s Anti-Cheat software (BattleEye). Additionally, if a user becomes inactive within our community, any perks or items associated with donations may be removed at the discretion of our staff.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any disputes or concerns, please open a support ticket via our Discord server. We’ll do our best to resolve any issues in a timely manner.

By using our server, you agree to abide by our community rules and these terms. Failure to comply may result in a ban from the DadBods & PvP Mods Discord and community servers.
